1 General provisions
The “One swap. Across chains” Campaign (the “Campaign”) is a marketing campaign organized by STON Limited, a company incorporated in the BVI (the “Organizer”).
The Campaign is conducted on the Campaign page available at https://cross-chain.ston.fi/ and, where applicable, through other official STON.fi communication channels.
Participation in the Campaign is free. The Campaign is not a lottery, gambling activity, betting activity, public promise of reward, investment offer, financial product, or public offer. Rewards are not awarded by random draw, chance, betting, or prediction.
Campaign materials, reward descriptions, task descriptions, and interface elements are provided for informational and promotional purposes only. The Campaign does not provide wallet, custody, exchange, brokerage, investment, payment, transfer, or other regulated virtual asset services. The Organizer does not take custody or control of participants’ wallets, private keys, or assets.
By participating in the Campaign, a user confirms that they have read and accepted these Rules.
The Organizer may update, pause, extend, shorten, or terminate the Campaign, or modify these Rules, by publishing an updated version of Campaign rules.
Any third-party protocols, wallets, networks, applications, platforms, or infrastructure used by participants are independent from the Organizer unless expressly stated otherwise. The Organizer is not responsible for third-party services, transaction execution, token prices, fees, partner platform availability, or third-party account restrictions.
2 Participant requirements
Users may participate if they are legally able to use crypto wallets and interact with blockchain applications in their jurisdiction. The Campaign is not available to persons who are minors under the laws applicable to them, persons located in or resident in any jurisdiction where participation in the Campaign or receipt of rewards would be prohibited or would require the Organizer to obtain a license, registration, approval, or make any filing, and persons subject to applicable sanctions or located in comprehensively sanctioned territories.
Each participant is responsible for complying with applicable laws, wallet provider rules, exchange rules, blockchain network requirements, partner platform rules, and any other rules applicable to their participation.
A participant may use one primary TON wallet address for Campaign participation. Campaign progress is tracked by TON wallet address.
To participate in Campaign flows, the participant must pair a Telegram account with the Campaign profile using the flow provided on the Campaign page.
The Organizer may deny, suspend, or cancel participation if a participant violates these Rules or attempts to manipulate the Campaign. The Organizer may also refuse, suspend, cancel, or reverse participation, miles, claims, or rewards where required for legal, sanctions, AML/CFT, fraud-prevention, platform, partner, or compliance reasons. The Organizer may require additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or reward delivery.
3 Campaign phases and dates
Waitlist Phase. The Waitlist Phase began on 1 September 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ended immediately before the Main Phase began.
Main Phase. The Main Phase begins on 15 September 2026 at 00:00 UTC and is scheduled to run through 26 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
Actions completed outside the relevant availability period may not count unless explicitly shown as active on the Campaign page.
Some routes, actions, tasks, Flight Deals, partner activities, or other Campaign mechanics may unlock later during the Campaign.
The Organizer may update Campaign dates if Campaign, product, technical, partner, compliance, or legal requirements change.
4 Campaign mechanics
The Campaign hub is https://cross-chain.ston.fi/.
Only actions, requirements, rewards, and availability periods shown on the Campaign page or in official STON.fi Campaign channels should be considered active and valid.
Campaign actions, availability periods, Miles values, tracking methods, and completion requirements may change during the Campaign.
Some Campaign actions may be tracked automatically. Others may require a code, phrase, Telegram action, partner verification, API confirmation, wallet activity, or another verification method.
The first 1,000 eligible participants who completed Waitlist registration may receive a Priority Passenger Ticket. Other eligible participants may receive a regular Passenger Ticket. These tickets are Campaign identity images, are not NFTs or Flight Deals, have no guaranteed monetary value, and do not require Miles to receive.
5 Miles
Campaign points are called Miles.
Miles may be earned by completing active Campaign actions shown on the Campaign page.
Miles may be spent on eligible Flight Deals.
Miles are not tokens, are not transferable, have no guaranteed cash value, and cannot be redeemed outside the Campaign unless explicitly stated.
The Campaign may show two balances:
| Balance | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Spendable Miles | Miles currently available to spend on Flight Deals |
| Total Earned Miles | Total Miles earned during the Campaign. This balance does not decrease when Miles are spent |
When a participant successfully claims a Flight Deal that has a Miles price, the applicable number of Miles is deducted from Spendable Miles. Total Earned Miles does not decrease when Miles are spent.
Some Campaign actions may award Miles based on eligible historical activity, wallet holdings, staking, NFT holdings, liquidity positions, prior Campaign activity, or other snapshot-based criteria where expressly described on the Campaign page.
6 How participants earn Miles
Participants can earn Miles through automatically tracked actions and code-based, Telegram-based, partner-based, or other Campaign actions.
Automatically tracked actions may be tracked through wallet connection, on-chain activity, Campaign backend, partner API, or product interaction.
Code-based or Telegram-based actions may require participants to complete an activity and activate a code, phrase, Telegram event, or other confirmation.
Active actions, Miles values, availability periods, and requirements are shown on the Campaign page.
The Organizer may add, remove, update, pause, or replace Campaign actions during the Campaign.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, completing a Campaign action does not guarantee access to any particular Flight Deal or reserve any reward inventory.
7 Cross-chain swap actions
Cross-chain swap actions may be available during the Main Phase.
A qualifying cross-chain swap is a successfully completed cross-chain swap with a value of $10 or more that meets the requirements shown on the Campaign page.
For referral purposes, a qualifying cross-chain swap must have a value of $10 or more, unless the Campaign page expressly states otherwise. Other Campaign actions may have different minimum values or requirements.
Only completed swaps count. Failed, cancelled, reverted, or otherwise unsuccessful swaps do not count.
Swaps or volume may be excluded, adjusted, or recalculated if they are below the required minimum, repeated in artificial loops, associated with suspicious wallets, circular, self-directed, economically artificial, coordinated, split across related wallets, routed to inflate volume, or otherwise inconsistent with genuine Campaign participation.
8 Referral system
Each eligible participant may receive a personal referral link.
Participants can invite others to join the Campaign. Referral rewards are based on active referred participants, not merely signups.
An Invited Passenger is a participant who joins the Campaign through another participant’s referral link.
A Checked-In Passenger is an Invited Passenger who completes at least one qualifying cross-chain swap of $10 or more, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Campaign page.
An Invited Passenger receives a one-time 300 Miles check-in bonus after completing their first qualifying cross-chain swap of $10 or more.
Only Checked-In Passengers generate referral Miles for the referrer.
The referrer receives 10% of the Miles earned by each Checked-In Passenger. Only Miles earned by Checked-In Passengers generate referral earnings.
Referral Miles, milestone rewards, check-in bonuses, or referral status may be removed if referral activity appears abusive, automated, self-referred, coordinated, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Rules.
9 Flight Deals
Flight Deals are limited reward offers that participants may claim by spending Spendable Miles and meeting any additional eligibility requirements shown for the relevant offer.
A single reward offer inside the Flight Deals section is called a Flight Deal.
Flight Deals may include digital rewards, onchain rewards, access benefits, subscriptions, gift cards, fee rebates, physical prizes, partner rewards, merchandise, bonus Miles, or other limited offers.
Flight Deals may refresh weekly. The standard refresh time is Tuesday at 00:00 UTC unless otherwise stated on the Campaign page.
Future Flight Deals are not fully announced in advance. Their contents, quantity, Miles price, eligibility requirements, delivery terms, or other details may remain undisclosed until the Flight Deal becomes available.
Flight Deals are limited and may sell out.
Flight Deals may be first-come-first-served, Flight-Class-gated, task-gated, partner-based, wallet- or account-gated, or otherwise subject to eligibility requirements shown on the Campaign page.
Some partner Flight Deals require completion of a corresponding partner Campaign task as an eligibility condition. The applicable task requirement will be shown on the Campaign page or in the Flight Deal description.
A corresponding partner task may become available before the related partner Flight Deal. The specific partner reward, quantity, Miles price, or other Flight Deal details may not be disclosed in advance.
Completing a required partner task does not reserve, guarantee, or entitle a participant to the related Flight Deal. The participant must also meet all other applicable eligibility requirements, hold enough Spendable Miles where required, and successfully claim the Flight Deal while inventory remains available.
10 Mystery Cargo and hidden rewards
Some Flight Deals may appear as Mystery Cargo, mystery boxes, surprise luggage, or other hidden-reward formats.
Such Flight Deals may contain Campaign rewards, partner rewards, merchandise, digital rewards, access perks, fee rebates, bonus Miles, or other prizes described by the Campaign.
The exact contents of a hidden-reward Flight Deal may be concealed before claim and revealed in the participant’s profile after a successful claim.
Hidden-reward Flight Deal contents may differ between offers and Campaign weeks and are not guaranteed to be equal in market, nominal, or perceived value.
11 Flight Classes
Flight Classes are Campaign status tiers shown in the participant profile.
Flight Classes may be based on a combination of Total Earned Miles and real Campaign activity.
Higher Flight Classes may require actual product usage, such as qualifying cross-chain swaps, route actions, volume milestones, or other requirements shown on the Campaign page.
| Flight Class | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Standby | Less than 1,000 Total Earned Miles |
| Economy | At least 1,000 Total Earned Miles |
| Premium | At least 2,500 Total Earned Miles and at least 1 qualifying cross-chain swap |
| Business | At least 5,000 Total Earned Miles, at least $50 in qualifying cross-chain swap volume, and at least 2 route tasks completed |
| First Class | At least 10,000 Total Earned Miles, at least $200 in qualifying cross-chain swap volume, and at least 4 route tasks completed |
Flight Classes may unlock:
- access to selected premium Flight Deals;
- access to Flight-Class-gated rewards or hidden-reward Flight Deals;
- other Campaign benefits shown on the Campaign page.
Flight Class may be recalculated if abusive activity is detected or Miles or qualifying activity are removed or adjusted.
12 Leaderboard
The Campaign may include a leaderboard.
The applicable ranking methodology, metrics, and display logic are shown on the Campaign page and may be updated during the Campaign.
Leaderboard position does not by itself guarantee any reward, Flight Deal, Flight Class, or other benefit unless expressly stated.
The Organizer may recalculate or remove leaderboard activity where activity is abusive, manipulated, automated, coordinated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Rules.
13 Reward delivery
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Flight Deal rewards are fulfilled after the Campaign ends. The applicable delivery method and timing will be shown in the relevant Flight Deal description on the Campaign page.
Digital and onchain rewards, including STON rewards, Telegram collectible gifts, digital codes, subscriptions, access benefits, gift cards, and swap fee refunds, are generally delivered within 2 weeks after the Campaign ends, subject to eligibility, technical processing, provider availability, and anti-abuse checks.
For physical prizes, after the Campaign ends the participant may receive an email or other Campaign communication requesting the delivery address and size, where applicable. The requested information must be provided within 3 days. Physical prizes are generally shipped within 4 weeks after the Campaign ends, subject to production, fulfillment, shipping provider timelines, and participant location.
If a Flight Deal is a bundle that includes bonus Miles, the bonus Miles may be credited immediately after claim. All other reward components in the bundle are delivered after the Campaign ends according to the applicable delivery timeline.
Reward availability may depend on participant location, account or wallet compatibility, provider availability, regional restrictions, shipping availability, partner terms, product restrictions, and other conditions stated for the relevant Flight Deal.
Some partner rewards may be subject to partner-specific account, geographic, shipping, product, platform, technical, or eligibility requirements. Such requirements may be stated in the relevant Flight Deal description or partner terms.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other delivery-related costs may be payable by the participant.
If a participant does not provide required delivery information within the requested period, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or cannot receive a reward due to regional, legal, customs, sanctions, logistics, provider, platform, wallet, account, or carrier restrictions, the Organizer may cancel the claim and the reward may be forfeited without compensation.
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, reporting obligations, or other costs associated with receiving, holding, using, or disposing of any reward. No cash alternative is offered by the Organizer unless explicitly stated.
14 Restrictions and anti-abuse
The Organizer may reject, freeze, reduce, recalculate, or remove Miles, rewards, claims, referrals, Flight Class, leaderboard position, or eligibility if activity appears abusive, fraudulent, automated, manipulative, or inconsistent with these Rules.
Examples of prohibited or suspicious behavior include:
- bot activity;
- mass account creation;
- fake or coordinated accounts;
- fake referrals;
- self-referrals;
- referral rings;
- coordinated wallet farms;
- suspicious funding patterns;
- abuse of code-based actions;
- repeated artificial swaps;
- circular, wash-like, or economically artificial transaction activity;
- activity designed only to farm Miles without genuine Campaign participation;
- one entity controlling both inviter and invited users;
- attempts to obtain the same limited reward more times than permitted;
- attempts to manipulate task verification, partner APIs, Campaign tracking, volume, referrals, Miles, eligibility, or leaderboard position;
- attempts to interfere with the Campaign page, smart contracts, backend, tracking systems, Telegram bot, partner verification systems, or reward-delivery systems.
The Organizer may review activity at any time during or after the Campaign.
If abusive activity is detected, the Organizer may remove related Miles, rewards, referrals, Flight Class, leaderboard position, claims, or eligibility.
15 Reward limitations
Miles are Campaign points, not tokens.
Miles are not transferable and have no guaranteed cash value.
Flight Deals are limited and may sell out.
Flight Deals may be first-come-first-served, Flight-Class-gated, action-gated, partner-based, account-gated, wallet-gated, or subject to other requirements shown on the Campaign page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and structured in compliance with applicable law, Flight Deals are not awarded by random draw, raffle, betting, prediction, or chance.
The Organizer may change reward inventory, Miles prices, availability, eligibility requirements, delivery method, and claim requirements.
Users violating these Rules may lose Miles, rewards, claims, or eligibility.
Some rewards may be limited by Flight Class, task completion, partner rules, account status, location, inventory, wallet compatibility, or technical availability.
Physical prizes may require shipping information and may not be available in all regions.
Participants are responsible for any costs related to their participation unless the Campaign page explicitly states otherwise.
The Organizer may substitute, modify, delay, or cancel a reward if delivery becomes unavailable, unlawful, impracticable, technically impossible, commercially unreasonable, or restricted by partner, sanctions, customs, logistics, platform, provider, or other requirements.
16 Data and communications
Participation may require the processing of wallet addresses, Telegram identifiers, email addresses, Campaign activity, task completion data, referral data, claim data, on-chain activity, partner verification data, and technical analytics.
Data is processed for Campaign operation, task verification, reward delivery, anti-abuse review, analytics, and communication with participants.
By participating, users agree to receive Campaign-related communications through the Campaign page, Telegram bot, email, and other STON.fi communication channels.
The Organizer may use anonymized or aggregated Campaign statistics for marketing, analytics, and reporting.
17 Final provisions
The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, blockchain network delays, wallet provider issues, third-party provider issues, partner platform issues, internet connection issues, user device issues, shipping provider issues, or incorrect data provided by participants.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign. The Organizer’s aggregate liability in connection with the Campaign shall not exceed the value of the specific reward, if any, that the participant was validly eligible to receive. Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Organizer may modify these Rules, Campaign mechanics, reward availability, reward values, action requirements, Flight Class requirements, delivery conditions, or dates by publishing updates on the Campaign rules page.
Continued participation after updates are published means acceptance of the updated Rules.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the current Rules on the Campaign rules page.
All Campaign materials, including text, images, trademarks, interface elements, characters, and other creative assets, belong to the Organizer or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Rules or the Campaign shall be subject to the courts of the British Virgin Islands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
